Background
Meridian Bastion was founded by experienced real estate investment analysts Sabri Bulut and Diren Nayir. After analysing numerous development deals for institutional clients, they identified a gap in the market: the technical analytical frameworks and underwriting rigour typically reserved for large-scale institutional transactions were rarely accessible to smaller real estate professionals and independent operators.
Drawing on their combined expertise in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and institutional-grade documentation for real estate transactions, they established Meridian Bastion to provide high-calibre technical analysis on a project-by-project basis.
